ABOUT JOSE

Jose Nossa's journey in baseball began as a player — a competitive infielder who earned two 2nd Team All-Conference honors and a Golden Glove Award at third base. His playing career gave him an intimate understanding of what it takes to compete at the highest level.

After completing his B.A. in Physical Education with a minor in Psychology at McPherson College, Jose channeled his passion into coaching and training. Over the past 12+ years, he has built an extensive career spanning fitness membership sales, personal training coordination, and ultimately becoming an MLB-level baseball strength and conditioning coach.

Today, Jose is a certified baseball scout, RAPSODO-certified hitting and pitching analyst, BLAST Motion specialist, and a trusted advisor for college recruiting. His bilingual ability (English and Spanish) allows him to connect with and develop athletes from diverse backgrounds.

His unique combination of playing experience, academic background in physical education and psychology, and cutting-edge technology certifications makes him one of the most complete baseball development coaches available today.
